Lyamec Corporation Spins off U.S.-Libyan Business Council
Houston, TX - April 16, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- U.S. Based Lyamec Corporation
(www.lyamec.com) has officially spun off its corporate network to a newly christened U.S.-Libyan
Business Council. The spin-off is a part of a larger restructuring brought on by forward-
looking and seasoned business executives from the private sector in the United States. The
mission of USLBC is to become the focal point for the exchange of trade and investment
legislation and regulation issues of mutual interest between the private and public sectors in
the U.S. and Libya.

The Lyamec Corporation, a Texas Corporation, was established in 1999, to fulfill the existing
