Grateful New Recording Artist Cesar, Dubbed 'The Next Santana' Honors Military Men/Women -
Gives Away Free Downloads of Hit Single 'Soldier Of Glory' off New CD Release

Los Angeles, Calif. - April 20, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- After struggling for years
himself, a former McDonald's employee has been signed to his first recording contract and
composed a heart felt thank you to all military personnel around the world. His record company,
Darque Records, gives free song download to all at www.CesarMusic.com.

"I was working anywhere I could while supporting my music career and family, I would do
anything for them," said Cesar. "At work I remembered Jason, injured in Iraq; I feel we owe
them, the soldiers, everything we've got. I wrote 'Soldier of Glory' to salute all military
men and women around the world who leave their families, loved ones and their whole life behind
to protect us and the freedoms we have."

Los Angeles Darque Records President Steven Dunning knew this music had to be heard. "He
worked so hard for so long and had played with acts like Sinatra in Europe. But as a solo
breakout artist he needed a great new album to hit the American market with songs that meant
something, not just typical bubble gum stuff with no shelf life."

"We wrote songs important to Cesar, from the heart," adds Dunning. "'Soldier...' fits every
newscast and CNN story on the sacrifices of war. It's beautiful, a home-sick soldier waiting
for a letter from home intertwined with his reality of iron and fire. We hope to play aboard
the aircraft carrier USS George Washington. I suggested giving away the hit song to say thank
you, Cesar loved it."

"I'm happy they supported me and gave away something that could generate a lot of income for
them. The president had started the 'The Greater Good Award' so I knew I wanted to land a deal
here. We also did 'Save the World' because it's the only one we've got. We want to do a benefit
concert in Spain for the tragedy there with artists like Alejandro Sanz and Sting, people who
care about peace."

This new album release "Worlds of Change" is destined to make Cesar the next Santana. From pop
beats to ripping guitar work, the rhythmic melodies will carry the hottest dances to the
softest love ballads.

Cesar and Dunning agree, "The internet with the latest MP3 download technology was the perfect
match for this endeavor. We wanted to let anyone in the world from any country who can relate
to 'Soldier of Glory' be able to easily get it at www.CesarMusic.com or www.DarqueRecords.com.
We put up a special section on the website. Places like iTunes, AOL Music Net, and Napster
will have the whole album for download, and it will be on sale at traditional brick-and-mortar
CD outlets like Tower, Virgin, Wherehouse, etc."

Darque Records, 3400 West Alameda Ave., Suite 207, Burbank, Ca 91506.
